Justin Drew Bieber  (d. 1 Mart 1994), Kanadalı pop, çağdaş R&B sanatçısı, aktör ve söz yazarıdır.
Kariyeri, video paylaşım sitesi Youtube'a koyduğu videoların 2008 yılında Scoot Braun tarafından keşfedilmesiyle başladı. Daha sonraları Braun, Justin Bieber'ın menajeri olmuştur. Braun Atlanta'da, Bieber ve R&B sanatçısı Ushertanıştırmış ve Bieber Usher ve Scoot Braun'nun ortak şirketi Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG) ile anlaşma imzalamış, ardından Island Records ile albüm kontratı yapmıştır.
 Bieber 1 Mart, 1994'te, Stratford, Ontario'da doğdu. Annesi Pattie Mallete, ona hamile kaldığında 17 yaşındaydı. Ailesi hiç evlenmemesine rağmen, oğullarının profesyonel ve psikolojik gelişimi için yakın arkadaşlıklarını sürdürdüler. Geliri az birçok işte çalışan Mallete, Bieber'ı tek başına yetiştirdi. Eylül 2012'de Mallette, anılarını konu alan Nowhere But Up adlı kitabı piyasaya sürdü. Kitap, Justin'in ünlü olmadan önceki hayatını, Mallette'nin yaşamını ve müzik endüstrisine girişini konu alıyor.
Bieber'ın büyük-büyük babası Alman, babasının ise diğer soyu İngiliz ve İrlandalıdır. Anne tarafı ise Fransız Kanadalı'dır. Bieber ise kendisinin bazı belirlenemeyen sebeplerle Aborijin Kanadalı soyundan olduğuna inandığını belirtmiştir. Bieber, Jeanne Sauvé Katolik Okuluna yazılmıştır.

İnançları

Bieber, Hristiyandır ve İsa ile arasında bir bağ olduğunu söyler, "burada olmamın sebebi o."

İlişkileri

27 Şubat 2011'de Bieber, Vanity Fair Oscar Partisine, Amerikalı aktris ve şarkıcı Selena Gomez ile katılmıştır. Bu katılım, aylardır medyanın gözünden kaçmayan aralarında 'romantik bir ilişki' olduğunu iddia edenler için bir kanıt olmuştur. Kasım 2012'de Bieber ve Gomez iki yıllık ilişkilerini bitirdikleri açıklanmıştır ve sonra tekrar ayrılmışlardır.

Evi

Mayıs 2012'de Bieber, Los Angeles, Kaliforniya'ya bağlı Calabasas adasında 930 metre karelik, 1.3 dönümlük bir ev aldı.

Hayırsever işleri

Bieber'ın hayırsever aktivitelerine dahil olarak hastane ziyaretleri örnek gösterilebilir. Haziran 2012'de "Music Makes It Better" (Türkçesiyle "Müzik Daha iyi Yapar") kampanyası kapsamında Bieber, Victoria Justice ve The Band Perry katılmıştır. Kampanyanın amacı, hastanedeki çocuklara müziği, resmi veya sanatın herhangi bir dalını aşılamaktır.

Paparazziler ile tutumu

Bieber, paparazziler ile olan sarsıntılı ilişkisine dikkat etmeye çalışıyor. Mart 2011'de, Justin, 17. doğum günü çıkışı fotoğrafçılara lanet yağdırmıştır fakat daha sonraTwitter üzerinden bir özür yazısı yayınladı. 2011 ve 2012 Kasım ayında görüntülendiği sırada yine aynı el hareketini yapmıştır. 1 Ocak 2013'de daha sonra Chris Guerra olarak açıklanan fotoğrafçı, Bieber'ın arabadaki fotoğrafını çekmek için yürüdü fakat sokağı dönmekte tereddüt ederken öldürüldü. Ancak Bieber o sırada arabada değildi.

Komşusuyla tartışması

30 Mart 2013'de Los Angeles Polis Departmanı, Bieber'ın komşusu ile kavga ettiğini tespit etmiştir.
