Kinoa nedir?

Kinoa daha çok zayıflama programlarında kullanılan, protein değeri çok yüksek olan bir besindir. Beş bin yıldan beri tüketilmektedir. Kinoa ülkemizde yeni yeni tanınmaktadır. Eylül Ekim zamanı ekilip Haziran, Temmuz'da hasat edilen bir bitkidir. 

Buğday gibi yetiştirilir. Buğdaya eşdeğerdir. Buğdayla aynı oranda bir protein içerir. İçeriğindeki protein süt proteinine de yakındır. Okul dönemi ve öncesi çocukların beslenmesinde de çok etkilidir. Kinoayı sofralarımıza dahil ederek bulgur ve pirinç yerine kullanabiliriz. Diyetlere de eklenmesi önerilir.
